With passion but also a lot of love for what we do, we make our jewelry with excellent quality raw materials so that have great durability over time.However, there is a possibility that some material will oxidize when it comes in contact with water, sweat, perfume or lotion and lose its shine.In order for them to remain unchanged over time and to maintain their beautiful appearance, we suggest you follow the following instructions:• Avoid contact of jewelry with soaps, perfumes, creams, varnishes and detergents. Remove them before hand washing and swimming.• Avoid their daily contact with water and the sun because their metal, color and shine can be affected.• Store the jewelry in its pouch or box. Do not store all the jewelry together in one case as there is a possibility that they will be scratched or confused with each other.
* The use of antiseptics is not appropriate for jewelry because it changes color
SHIPPING METHODS In GREECE
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 30 euros for all of Greece! Otherwise the shipping cost is 3.50 euros for all of Greece. The jewelry is sent through courier service. Orders are placed within 1 working day, on land destinations within 1-2 working days, on the islands within 1-3 working days and in inaccessible areas within 1-5 working days . In Cyprus The shipment of jewelry from Greece to Cyprus is done through Hellinic Post courier services. For the maritime transport service the delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 working days from the departure of the vessel for Cyprus. Departure is once or twice a week. All orders are shipped with shipping costs 8 €. RETURNS If you want you can return the products you bought within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. Please note, however, that returns are only accepted if: • Contact the Customer Service Department at +30 26950-24720 or send us an email at sales@bluejewels.gr • The product has not been worn beyond the test. • No intervention has been made on the product. • All product accessories such as the box, bag and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product. • Shipping costs in case of change or return of a product are borne by the customer. All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us for easy identification and timely processing. Unrecognized returns will be returned to the sender. In case of return of the products, you can either replace any product of the order with another product, or credit the balance in your account for the next purchase, or your money will be refunded within fourteen (14) days. In order for the request for a refund to be accepted, you must have the proof of purchase, as well as the same name in which the order was placed in the bank account that you indicate to us. Note: Money purchased during the discount period is non-refundable. However, you can replace them with any other product that is immediately available.
