SHIPPING METHODS

GREECE Shipping costs are free for purchases over 30 euros for all of Greece!

Otherwise the shipping cost is 3.50 euros for all of Greece. The jewelry is sent only through courier service.

CYPRUS orders are placed within 1 working day In Cyprus. The jewelry is sent from Greece to Cyprus through the Hellinic Post courier service. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 working days. All orders are shipped with shipping costs € 7.50.

Rest European countries orders are placed within 1 working day. Your order is sent from Greece to other Europian countries through the Hellinic Post service. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 working days. All orders are shipped with shipping costs € 7.50.

Countries outside Europe orders are placed within 1 working day. Your order is sent from Greece to other (non EU countries) countries through the Hellinic Post service. Delivery time ranges independent the country of delivery. All orders are shipped with shipping costs € 10.00.

RETURNS

If you want you can return the products you bought within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. Please note, however, that returns are only accepted if:

• Contact the Customer Service Department at +302695024720 or send us an email at sales@bluejewels.gr.

• The product has not been worn beyond the test.

• No intervention has been made on the product.

• All product accessories such as the box, bag and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.

• Shipping costs in case of change or return of a product are borne by the customer. All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us for easy identification and timely processing.

Unrecognized returns will be returned to the sender. In case of return of the products, you can either replace any product of the order with another product, or credit the balance in your account for the next purchase, or your money will be refunded within fourteen (14) days.

In order for the request for a refund to be accepted, you must have the proof of purchase, as well as the same name in which the order was placed in the bank account that you indicate to us.

Note: Money purchased during the discount period is non-refundable. However, you can replace them with any other product that is immediately available.

Shipping costs for the change are borne by the customer.
